What we collect
- Quote form: name, email, service choice, and your message.
- Operational data (clients only): site address, asset lists/serials, reports and certificates.
- Website logs: standard server logs (IP, user-agent, pages). No analytics trackers.
Why we use your data (lawful basis)
- Provide quotes and services (performance of a contract / steps prior to entering a contract).
- Record keeping and compliance (legal obligation / legitimate interests).
- Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests).
How long we keep it
- Enquiry data: up to 12 months if you don’t become a client.
- Client records and certificates: normally 6 years (tax/audit requirements) unless law requires longer.
Who processes the data
- Form submissions: handled by Formspree (form delivery service) as our processor. Messages are forwarded to our email.
- Email/hosting providers: used to store and deliver communications and files.
Processors act under our instructions. Some providers may store data outside the UK; where they do, they use recognised safeguards (e.g., UK IDTA/EU SCCs).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing. You can also ask for a copy of your data (portability) where applicable.

Security
We apply practical controls such as least-privilege access, device encryption, and documented NIST 800-88–aligned erasure workflows for storage media.
